If you already have a Molecool account:
-Open your WiFi settings and connect your smartphone to Molecool Free WiFi-Connect your device to Molecool Free WiFi -Sign In to your Molecool account
Please ensure you are at a Cool Zone*
If you don't have a Molecool account yet:
-Download Molecool on Play Store/ App Store -Create an account -Verify your account -Open your WiFi settings and connect your smartphone to Molecool Free WiFi -Sign In to your Molecool account
Please ensure you are at a Cool Zone*
*Cool Zones: Cool Zones are public areas where Molecool Free WiFi is available
Once you’ve registered, make sure to verify your Molecool account first via SMS or email.
Please wait and give it a few minutes, or you can check your junk/spam folder.
Be sure that the number you input is correct. You can only receive the SMS when your cellular data is on. Activate your account through email notification as an alternative.
We advise you to recheck the flow and make sure you haven’t missed out on any steps in the process. You could also be outside our network coverage. Don’t hesitate to contact us and let us know the details of your complaint.
Yes you can, as long as you have Molecool installed on your device and your Molecool account is active.
